Blutac is a very useful substance when making these comics. In this case it was the easiest way to get the two Playmobil to kiss. But it's also been used to hold things to the walls, in hands, and keep the character's feet firmly planted on the ground when needed.
Blutac is one of those word that makes Americans look like a dog that just heard a weird sound. They have no idea what it is....
